{"id":571,"date":"2020-12-24T22:45:20","date_gmt":"2020-12-24T22:45:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hscc.acm.org\/2021\/?page_id=571"},"modified":"2026-03-18T21:21:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T21:21:28","slug":"call-for-posters-and-demos","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hscc.acm.org\/2026\/call-for-posters-and-demos\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Posters and Demos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns has-1-columns has-desktop-equal-layout has-tablet-equal-layout has-mobile-equal-layout has-default-gap has-vertical-unset\" id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns-73862dac\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns-overlay\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"innerblocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-column\" id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-column-519b4145\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><b>Call for Posters and Demos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The joint HSCC\/ICCPS 2026 seeks high-quality posters and demos, including late-breaking results or work-in-progress, on three tracks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foundations,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Systems and Applications,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AI-enabled autonomy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HSCC\/ICCPS 2026 posters and demos should focus on the same areas as the main conference (see the main conference\u2019s CFP). Both theory and application-related works are encouraged. We welcome submissions from academic, industrial, and government sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Posters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> presented at the conference will provide an opportunity for conference attendees to interact with researchers in an informal setting. Posters may be about already accepted papers, ongoing research projects, discussions on new problem statements, or preview of late-breaking results. <\/span><b>Demos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will give the audience a closer look at tools and techniques, and offer an interactive experience with the demonstrated entities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selection criteria for acceptance will be: novelty, technical merit, relevance to HSCC\/ICCPS and, especially for demos, details on the presentation. If desired and not previously published, <\/span><b>abstracts up to 2 pages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in length describing the poster or demo will be included for publication in the electronic proceedings of either HSCC or ICCPS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These sessions are an excellent way to exchange ideas and for presenters to obtain feedback from the attendees. The<\/span> <b>Best Poster\/Demo prizes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be awarded and announced during the conference and on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Unified Submission Process<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All posters\/demos will be submitted through the hotcrp conference management system \u2013\u00a0 submission link will be posted here by Feb 14, 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors must indicate their (a) target track and (b) publication venue preference (HSCC or ICCPS) at submission time\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posters\/demos will be reviewed by a unified poster\/demo program committee with expertise spanning all the relevant areas.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PC may decide to move posters\/demos across tracks, if appropriate, while informing the authors.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span>The review process for the demos\/posters is double-blind, and all submissions should be anonymous.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Common submission format and guidelines for submission.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All submissions consist of an extended abstract of no more than two pages in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/proceedings-template\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACM template<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The title of the submission should have the format: \u201cPoster\/Demo Abstract: &lt;Paper title&gt;\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>Posters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Poster presentations do not have to describe completed work.
